- 3 eggs;
- 3 very ripe silver bananas;
- 1 cup (tea) sunflower oil;
- 1 cup (tea) brown sugar;
- 1 ½ cup (tea) oat flour;
- 1 tablespoon (soup) of baking powder;
- granola to taste.
Know how to prepare
The first step is to separate the bananas, the oil and then beat everything in the blender until the mixture is homogeneous. Then book in a container. Then add the oat flour and brown sugar to this mixture and stir until all the ingredients are mixed.
The next step is to cut a banana into pieces and add it to the dough. Also add the granola and mix well. Don't forget to add the yeast. After that, grease a round shape with a hole in the middle with sunflower oil and oatmeal and place the dough.
