A very simple way to prepare one of the most delicious desserts, milk pudding, is to make it in the pressure cooker. Even though it is a faster and more effective method, it does not leave anything to be desired when it comes to flavor. So, don't worry, and learn how to make milk pudding in the pressure cooker.
Ingredients:
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 1 box of condensed milk;
- 1 can of milk;
- 2 eggs;
- ½ cup of water.
Method of preparation:
The first step in this recipe is to melt the sugar in the pan. To do this, just put the sugar and water in a pan and heat until it becomes caramelized. After that, you must put it in a mold and spread it along the sides.
In a blender, add condensed milk, milk and eggs and let everything beat for about 3 minutes or until the mass is quite homogeneous. After that, you must transfer the mixture to the form with melted sugar and cover with aluminum paper. Remember to leave the paper with the glossy side facing inwards.
In this way, take the pressure cooker, place the pudding mold inside and fill it with 3 fingers of water to cook in a bain-marie. Turn on the low fire and after you get the pressure, count 6 minutes and turn it off. At the end of that time, you must turn off the stove and leave the mold in the fridge for 2 hours or until it becomes consistent, only after that you can unmold it.
