It is important to prepare for a possible economic crisis

Jeff Bezos gave an interview to CNN – the American cable news channel – and explained what he thought about a possible economic crisis. The businessman claims that people should avoid buying high-value items, such as new cars, televisions and other superfluous items – because of rising inflation and the growing likelihood that there will even be a crisis economical. In addition, he also warns that small companies should avoid spending and that they should not make very significant acquisitions at the moment.

If big companies are feeling the pressure of rising inflation, as Elon Musk laid off about half of his staff and markZuckerberg cut 11 thousand jobs, imagine the small ones. Bezos announced to the channel that Amazon will need to make some cuts in employees as well.

The company will have to lay off approximately 10,000 employees.

Due to this scenario, it is important that people are prepared for a possible crisis. Therefore, by avoiding buying high-value items and cutting some expenses, the individual or organization will have a certain risk reduction, which can make a big difference in this possible scenario. On the other hand, Jeff Bezos also stated that he strongly believes in an attainable American dream, where inflation will fall and the development of the country will flow.
