To make this recipe, use the following ingredients:
- 500 g wheat flour
- 1 yolk (for brushing the dough)
- 100 g grated coconut
- 2 tablets of biological yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 50 g of margarine
- ½ cup of oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 spoons
- ½ cup warm milk
- ½ cup of oil
- ½ cup of water

Now all you have to do is put your hand in the dough and start producing your delicious coconut bread. For this, you must first dissolve the yeast in the sugar. So, just use a fork to knead the two elements and then mix with the salt, water, half of the condensed milk, salt, oil and eggs.
After mixing, just throw the wheat flour little by little until the dough gets a firmer consistency. Another tip to know the ideal point is when the dough starts to come off your hands.
Let it rest for 1 hour and after that, make small balls with the dough. Pass some of the yolks over the balls and leave them resting for a while.
Now just put it in the roast and take it to the oven in medium fire for 30 minutes. If within that time she still isn't golden, leave it a little longer.
When you remove the dough from the oven, just put the rest of the condensed milk and the grated coconut on top and it's ready!
