- 1 and ½ cup (tea) of sagu;
- 1 can (395g) of condensed milk Moça;
- 1 piece of cinnamon stick;
- 2 cloves of india.
Preparation
With the ingredients already separated, start the preparation by placing eight cups (tea) of water in a large, deep pan. Let the water boil and then add the sago, cinnamon and cloves.
Now, let the sago cook until it starts to become transparent, and in the meantime, stir the pan from time to time. So, when the sago is in the indicated color, add the condensed milk to the pan and mix well.
Finally, wait for the whole mixture to start boiling, then remove the pan from the heat and let the sago cool down before taking it to the refrigerator. That way, when it's cold, the dessert is already great to be served in bowls.
