In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Dara explained that he rented a Tesla Y used and registered on the Uber platform under the fictional name of Dave K., starting to accept rides and deliveries.

When describing his experience, the executive said that despite some operational problems, the app works very well. The real problem, he said, is the way some customers treat drivers.

According to Khosrowshahi, many passengers belittle drivers, drive rough, request inappropriate stops, among other indecent acts.
