Companies resume face-to-face work model
Companies like Twitter, Starbucks (SBUX) and audit firm KPMG are forcing employees to work more face-to-face days.
According to a survey of 3,000 employers and workers, 83% of companies want employees to work from the office, but only 20% said they would. Meanwhile, 41% said they no longer want to go back to the office.

design Circle, said there are many reasons an employer might change their mind about remote work.Among the main issues are performance and productivity concerns, communication challenges or cultural reasons.
“An employer's decision to backtrack on allowing remote or hybrid work can be frustrating and challenging for employers. employees, especially for working parents who depend on these arrangements to balance work and family responsibilities,” said Egle.

These are options of what you can try to do when being called for a hybrid or real face-to-face job:
negotiate
Seek clarity on why you are being asked to return to the office. Try to understand the reasons behind the decision, as it may be related to a specific project or task, productivity or your own well-being.
Make a formal request for flexible work
Have you been with the company for more than 26 weeks? Make a flexible work request to reduce or change your hours, work from home, split work or compress your hours.
Understand the terms of your job
Make sure your employment contract mentions a specific place to work, and review any policies or agreements related to remote work.
