Burnout syndrome
A problem that becomes increasingly recurrent, unfortunately, nowadays. Burnout Syndrome represents occupational illness.
That is, this syndrome, already registered by the WHO, happens from exhaustion with overwork.
The initial signs of overwork are those already mentioned above, but they can evolve into much more complex cases. Depression, anxiety and panic syndrome originating from burnout are already being studied.
Treatment involves prevention, being aware of the signs, and seeking professional help whenever necessary.
Psychotherapy, for example, is a great way to avoid burnout.
