Our house reflects our interior and personality. Thus, keeping all the space tidy contributes to your mind being more stable. Also, knowing where to find each item helps when it's time to go to work and meet up with friends.
With that in mind, we've separated 4 tips for you to organize your wardrobe and keep it in order.
Watch your wardrobe space
Remove all wardrobe pieces and analyze the available space. Then, look at how the closet is built and whether all your parts fit inside it.
It may be that some items, such as casual or gym clothes, get creased, while more robust clothes hang on the hangers. With the closet empty, take the opportunity to perfect the cleaning.
Organize the clothes
Separate clothes into four large groups: save, try, seasonal and donation. Remember that all of your pieces must fit into one of four categories. Use the sofa, bed or baskets to distribute items.
After putting all the pieces in the categories, it's time to reflect on the need for each item and if you need to make changes. For example, an outfit that would otherwise be put away might move to the donation pile.
Separate a space for used clothes that do not need to be washed
You know that piece of clothing that we only wear once, but it's not dirty or sweaty? Having the help of baskets, boxes or clothes hooks to keep these pieces separate prevents clutter in the bedroom and closet.
Separating items that can still be worn will also prevent piles of potentially clean clothes from piling up on the floor and being washed prematurely.
Organize your closet frequently
As everything in life gets disorganized frequently, with the wardrobe it would be no different. Therefore, creating recurring reminders helps you keep your closet always tidy and avoid piles of accumulated and messy clothes.
