1. warm up gradually
The first tip for not making a mistake when reheating the meat the next day is to do this process gradually. In this sense, there is no point in putting the food in the super hot oven in order to increase the speed. This will just make you have drier meat in a quicker time.
Therefore, the ideal is to preheat the oven to 160ºC and place the desired amount to heat on a baking sheet for 10 minutes. After that time, you can remove the food from the oven without finding the meat all dry.
2. Increase dish humidity
Another way to ensure a very tasty meat when heating it is to increase the humidity of the dish. In this way, you can add a little water on top of the food or, preferably, put a sauce that matches the meat accompaniments.
This way, you can put it in the microwave for a few minutes, or heat it up in its own mold, if you wish. Also, you can add the aluminum foil on top of the baking sheet in case it goes into the oven to increase the humidity even more. This method is good because it ensures that the meat does not dry out and even heats up more quickly.
3. Cook the meat again
Many people don't know, but a very easy way to reheat meat and keep it juicy is to cook it again. In this sense, you should add the meat to a pan with a little water, or sauce, and let it cook for about 10 minutes. After that, you should serve yourself immediately and enjoy the food as if it had just been prepared.
