In order for a new professional to be included in the company's team, it is necessary to carry out several legal procedures. And the bureaucratic part of hiring is extremely important, as it needs to be within the requirements imposed by the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) or the laws regarding legal entities (PJ). It is important that the admission of this employee brings benefits to both sides.

Recruitment
Recruitment is the first step in the admissions process. It can be carried out by the company's Human Resources (HR) team or by a third-party company that specializes in recruitment. As soon as the vacancy is advertised through the media, upon receiving the candidates' CVs, this phase begins.
The recruiter will then start the next steps, carrying out tests and group dynamics to see if this candidate fits the company's requirements. It is worth mentioning that the interviewer must look for professionals with characteristics and skills that the requesting company wants.
Legalization of documents
As soon as the company approves a candidate, the stage begins in which HR will request data, information and documents necessary to carry out the admission. In this bureaucratic process, candidates must submit the requested documents within 48 hours useful, and the information must be clear and the documents legible so that there is no problem.
The documents that must be delivered in the case of a contract as provided for in the CLT rules are:
- Work Card (CTPS);
- Identity Card, which may only be a copy;
- Individual Taxpayer Registration – CPF;
- Voter title;
- Enrollment in PIS/PASEP;
- Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate;
- Professional card relating to your training.

The purpose of the admission examination is to ensure that the professional does not have serious health problems and that he will be able to carry out his activities within the company without major problems. Thus, he must be able to perform both physical and mental examinations.
Some companies charge the exam only after hiring, but the vast majority requests it even before being hired. The exams requested will depend on the function that the worker will perform within the company.
Company standardization
After delivering all the documents and being able to pass the admission exam, comes the part where the company understands its responsibilities towards the new employee. That is, the employer must register the information regarding the hiring of the employee in the Employment Card and sign it.
The employee's working hours must also be recorded and sent to the Ministry of Labor and to Caixa Econômica Federal, which is responsible for managing the Severance Indemnity Fund (FGTS). Another important record is the employment relationship with eSocial. After the contract is ready, the employee just has to sign it and start his work activity with the company.
