Startup Zenklu, a specialist in corporate health, carried out a survey to find out how employees emotionally relate to their jobs. In all, 300 companies were interviewed and 15 different sectors of work were heard by the startup. Physical exhaustion, burnout, conflicts in the work environment and the way they relate to leaders were evaluated.

In partnership with psychometrists from UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro), with professionals from corporate education, psychology and medicine, together with the startup, abusive situations in the work environment, conflicts between employees and other possibilities that may occur within the work environment were considered. work.
Of all the careers interviewed, the highest index was for the technology sector, standing out among other professions. The area's well-being index reached 71.5, the best percentage in the interview.
The worst index was for the area of pharmacy, with the lowest percentage of well-being among all professions. The index reached 60.3 at the beginning of the survey, but managed to reverse the situation throughout the startup's analysis, adding 8 points. This area may have been represented as a point that deserves a little more attention.
