Ingredients
It is important to follow the list of ingredients below exactly. Thus, your recipe will be as close as possible to the original. Also, in the case of natural ingredients, such as prunes and coconut, look for the best ones at fairs or supermarkets. With that in mind, you will need the following items:
- 1 can or box of Nestlé condensed milk (395g);
- 1 pack of unflavored gelatin powder (12g);
- 1 glass of coconut milk;
- 170g pitted prunes, finely chopped;
- 2.5 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- 5 tablespoons of cold water;
- Half a cup of grated dry coconut tea;
- 4 clear.
Method of preparation
In a blender, you will have to beat the condensed milk, the lemon juice, the prunes, the grated coconut and the coconut milk, until the mixture is very homogeneous. Meanwhile, heat the unflavored gelatin over a bain-marie. When it's melted, add it to the blender ingredients and beat again. Then beat the whites with a mixer until it doubles in volume. Then, with delicacy, add the egg whites to the reserved dough, place it in a container and take it to the fridge.
