- 300 ml of whole milk;
- 4 packs of cornstarch cookies;
- Milk (to moisten the cookies);
- 1 sifted yolk;
- 1 pack of grated coconut;
- 2 cans of condensed milk;
- 1 can of cream (no whey);
- 1 and ½ tablespoon cornstarch.
Method of preparation:
The first step in this recipe is to mix the cornstarch dissolved in milk, the egg yolk and the condensed milk in a pan. After that, put the mixture in a saucepan and put it on medium heat until it thickens. When it becomes very creamy, you must add it to a container and reserve.
Meanwhile, put the cream of milk and the grated coconut mixed in a pot and set aside. In this way, on a clean platter, add a layer of cornstarch and another of cream.
