One of the best things about this coffee mousse is that it only takes three Ingredients basics that are quite affordable in terms of price. Furthermore, it does not contain cream or even condensed milk, which means that it is a totally lactose-free recipe. There are also no animal products in the recipe.
Ingredients
- 70 ml of ice water;
- 10 g of soluble coffee;
- 100 g of confectioner.
Note that there are only three basic ingredients for the recipe, while you can use your creativity when finishing this mousse. For example, you can add at the end a chocolate sauce, a little whipped cream, cakes in the flavor of your choice and even cookies. However, the traditional recipe is already delicious.
How to make
In addition to having few ingredients, this mousse also has a preparation that is quite simple, but requires some attention. To begin with, you will need to pour some water with ice into a tray that will serve as a base to keep the preparation bowl always cold. That's because temperature is very important. So check out these steps:
- Place the 70 ml of cold water in the preparation bowl, next to the soluble coffee and sifted icing sugar;
- Soon after, beat all the ingredients with the help of a mixer for at least 5 minutes, until the consistency is thick and homogeneous;
- Finally, you can put this mousse in the container of your choice to serve and decorate with whatever options you have at your disposal. After 30 minutes, the dessert will be ready to serve.
