Learn how to make condensed milk pudding

One of the great reasons pudding is so famous and loved is that, in addition to being super tasty, it is also very simple to make. This process is even faster when you have the perfect recipe for it. In this sense, if you want to please your guests during lunch or dinner, learn how to prepare condensed milk pudding.

Ingredients

To make this recipe, you will need the following ingredients for the sauce:

  • half a cup (tea) of sugar;
  • half cup (tea) of hot water.

For the pudding dough, you will need:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 can of condensed milk (can or box of 395 g);
  • 1 measure and a half of the can or carton of milk.

Method of preparation

Let's start by preparing the syrup. For this, you will need to take the sugar to the pan and let it melt over medium heat. When it turns golden, just add a little water while stirring. At this stage, remember to add the water little by little and keep stirring so that the sugar doesn't burn. After that, just put the syrup in a shape with a scoop in the middle and leave it reserved.

So, let's start preparing the pudding dough. The first phase here is to beat the eggs, milk and condensed milk in the blender. When a homogeneous mass is formed, just put the mixture in the mold with the syrup and take it to the AirFryer at 160ºC. After 30 minutes, you should check the pudding's texture: if it is already consistent, you can remove it, otherwise, leave it for another 10 minutes. With that, it will be ready to be served.
