In an interview given to the British newspaper The Sun, an expert who collaborates with the famous internet provider AllConnect, from the United States, explained this subject.
“Routers send signals in all directions, so by placing it in a central location, you eliminate distance from any device in your home and can get a better connection,” he said.
In another interesting tip, the professional teaches how to have better internet coverage in properties with more than one floor.
“If you live in a two-story house, place the router closer to the ceiling on the first floor or closer to the floor on the second level to allow for the best coverage.” he advised.
