- 1 cup (tea) raw pumpkin seeds;
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
Method of preparation
- Scoop out the pumpkin seeds with a spoon. Then wash them in running water with the aid of a sieve;
- Let the seeds dry on a paper towel or a clean dish towel for 24 hours;
- Season with salt, as well as kingdom pepper to taste or seasoning of your choice;
