- 2 large garlic, cut in half and sliced (thin slices);
- 2 chopped celery stalks;
- 1 ½ liters of chicken broth (preferably with low salt content);
- 100 g of arborio rice;
- 300 g roasted chicken (skinless);
- 2 beaten eggs;
- Juice of 2 squeezed lemons.

Method of preparation:
The first thing to do is add the oil to a pan, heat it up and add the garlic and celery to sauté for 8 or 10 minutes until soft.
