Growing Generation Project: learn more
Geração Crescer is a professional qualification and free employability. This is an initiative of Instituto Crescer, a non-governmental, non-profit organization, which since 2020 has been sponsored by Itaú Unibanco and Microsoft.
This project aims to insert people in the labor market, mainly in situations of vulnerability, such as black women, members of the LGBTQIAT+ community, people in refugee situations, the elderly and people with disabilities.
About the courses:
The courses will be available for people aged 16 and over. For participants up to 18 years old, it will be possible to apply for job openings for underage apprentices. As for those over 18 years old, vacancies are effective.
Participants will have access to classes, in addition to all study material and resume building help, free of charge. Among the topics addressed in the classes will be: Office Package; the use of social networks and how to work with this form of communication; financial education; English and other essential topics to put you in the job market.
At the end of this part of the course, the participant will still have the opportunity to access other content on the Microsoft, focusing on professions in the technological area, so that you are even more informed about this area of acting. To register, interested parties need to fill out a registration form on the Crescer Project website, and then create a profile.
