Pulp

The pulp can be used in several ways, but the most common is as a delicious salad. Just chop it into cubes and season it with lemon, salt, onion and garlic. You can eat it cooked or raw. It goes to your liking.

bark

Her shell can turn into a delicious farofa to accompany your dish. First of all, wash it very carefully, especially if the vegetable is not organic. Remember that beets grow underground! Chop the peels very small, then sauté in a pan with oil (or olive oil or any other fat of your choice). When they are almost dry, add an egg and let it fry with the shell.

Finally, add the cassava flour. When golden, it's ready.

Sheets

The leaves turn into a delicious cupcake to accompany your meal or even to serve as an appetizer. In the same way as it was done with the bark, the first step is to wash the leaves very carefully.

Then chop them into very small pieces. Season with ground onion and garlic, add a raw egg and mix. Then add the wheat flour little by little so that the dough is in hamburger style.

When you feel that it has turned on, shape the dumplings as you prefer and fry them in the skillet or in the air fryer.
