- In a vase, put water and sodium hypochlorite to let the vegetable submerged and soak for 10 minutes;
- Then rinse the leaves well and make sure they are dry before storing them;
Note: To dry the leaves well, you can use the specific revolving container for drying vegetables, use a cloth or even paper towel.
- If you have a lot of leaves, use storage bags. If not, you can use glass jars with airtight lids;
- Finally, store it in the vegetable drawer of the refrigerator, as it is the coolest area and does not pose a risk of freezing.
