Ingredients
- 2 cups of sifted tapioca gum tea;
- 240 ml of water;
- Half a cup of sugar tea;
- 1 cup grated coconut tea;
- 200 ml coconut milk;
- 1 cup of milk tea;
- Butter (to make the anointing);
- 200ml of condensed milk to sprinkle;
- A bit of salt;
- Fresh coconut flakes (will be used for sprinkling)
Method of preparation
First, separate the sieved tapioca gum and the water and mix the two ingredients until the tapioca is hydrated. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix them until you form a homogeneous mixture. Not forgetting that there is an exception, as condensed milk and fresh coconut are only used at the end of the recipe.
After that, take a mold (preferably round) and grease it with butter, take it to the refrigerator at home and let it rest for approximately 2 hours. Done that, take the condensed milk and pour it. Afterwards, sprinkle the fresh coconut and your recipe will be ready. It is a very simple delight to be made on a daily basis and with ingredients that you can have at home.
