Google launches platform that simulates job interviews

The preparation for a job interview it is a time of widespread anxiety for many people. Many are insecure and imagine the questions that interviewers will ask, whether for medium, technical or higher level.

With that in mind, Google launched a platform called Interviews Warmup, which is a free online tool that simulate a job interview and at the end points out the issues in which the user needs to improve.

During the simulation, it is possible for the user to record and transcribe their responses in real time to find the best ways to plan, improve and increase their chances of being hired.

Answers may be given in writing or by voice, and although the platform do not save the audios or the transcripts during the interview simulation, it is possible that the candidate saves a copy of the audio or downloads his answers after finishing his session.

The platform allows the individual to experience specific situations aimed at a real job interview, providing answers to the questions that employers most often ask in their selections. During the simulation, the questions are about your technical knowledge, your professional career and the candidate's routine.

However, the Interviews Warmup platform, for the time being, will only be available in English, as it was developed to assist North American professionals.
