Ingredients
- 1 cup of popcorn (corn)
- 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon pink food coloring
Way of doing
In a bowl, mix all ingredients except oil. Stir until you have a homogeneous mixture. Then put it in a pot with a lid.
Add the oil delicately and turn on the low fire. Stir constantly so that the ingredients mix and take on flavor and color.
Now is the coolest part: when the popcorn starts to pop, you can stop stirring. Just keep an eye out for when the corn stops popping. If you let it go too long, the popcorn will burn.
When everything is ready, shake the popcorn in the pan so that it takes on more color and more flavor.
