Practicality and economy
More and more families are looking for alternatives to circumvent high prices. Bread, considered one of the most present foods on Brazilian tables, suffers from a 20% increase in its price. For this reason, preparing bread at home becomes a cheaper alternative. And, despite what many think, preparing a recipe at home does not have to be synonymous with time. Especially with the use of the Air Fryer, which is a key bet to ensure not only simplicity in preparation but also time (and cooking gas) savings. The recipe is very simple, check it out:
Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) of warm milk;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or oil);
- 1 egg;
- 1 tablespoon (soup) sugar;
- 1 spoon (tea) of salt;
- 1/2 tablet of fresh yeast (or 1 teaspoon of dry yeast);
- 2 cups (tea) wheat flour.
How to make
- Add all the ingredients to the blender, except the wheat flour, and beat until well blended;
- Transfer the contents of the blender to a bowl and add the sifted flour little by little. Mix well, until a homogeneous and sticky mass is formed;
- In a form that fits on the Air Fryer grill, unite with butter and wheat flour;
- Pour the dough into the pan and reserve;
- Preheat the Air Fryer for 3 minutes at 180°C. Then, place the mold inside and, without turning it on again, let the bread rest until its volume increases;
- Turn on the Air Fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes and let the bread bake. Then cover with aluminum foil and leave for another 15 minutes for the bread to finish cooking inside.
- Remove from shape and wait until it's lukewarm. Then cut and serve the slices.
Loaf of bread can be eaten for breakfast, snacks and also for dinner. If you wish, you can add butter, jam, cheese, tomato or any filling you like.
