1. innate love
This is the inherent love we are born with, flowing naturally towards our parents, siblings and family members. It's the deep look of affection in a mother's eyes as she cradles her newborn, weaving together dreams and hopes for his future. Innate love requires no instruction; it is instinctual and unconditional.
2. intricate love
Unlike innate love, this form of affection is cultivated and developed over time. it arises from
deep friendshipss and can manifest itself in both simple and complex ways. Borg illustrates this beautifully by describing the image of one friend holding another's hand during a funeral.3. idealized love
Idealized love, which often takes root during our formative years, is influenced by fairy tales and fantasies. romantic.
However, Borg warns that this kind of love is illusory and fleeting. It can become addictive and absorbing, leading to unrealistic expectations and disappointment.
4. irrevocable love
So-called irrevocable love constitutes the fourth type, a lasting and unshakable affection that stands the test of time. That love is perpetual and continues to grow stronger with each passing day.
Borg eloquently illustrates with the image of an elderly man, contemplating his wife, recalling the joys and laughter that left marks on her face.
5. individualized love
This fifth type of love has no definite title, but it represents a unique and intimate connection exclusive to a specific couple. This love is different for each individual and cannot be replicated or imitated. It resides uniquely in the hearts of those involved, constituting a special bond that sets your relationship apart from all others.
