How's the quarantine out there? Here Kenji has taken the opportunity to go to the kitchen. He loves cooking! One of the recipes we made last week was for Pizza, Besides being very practical, it still looks delicious and the kids love to help with the assembly. Like we did for our dinner, you'll see large pizzas, but you can make whatever size you like the most fun.
can you do individual size, mini pizzas for snacks or parties and even with shapes using cutters. Let yourself be carried away by your imagination. As the idea is for the children to go to the kitchen, I'm going to give you the recipe in the same format as last week and make the PDF available to download and compose your cookbook.

Mix with your hands until a uniform mass is obtained:
Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes:
Then divide the dough into two equal parts:
Roll out each part of the dough into a shape:
Place in the oven (preheated) at 180ºC, +/- 15 minutes (until the dough is pre-cooked).
After the dough is pre-baked, just add the topping of your choice.
We'll leave our practical and quick coverage suggestion here, but you can choose the coverage you like.
We decided to make 3 flavors that we really like and that any child can assemble:
Corn with mozzarella;
Tuna with onion;
Tuna with mozzarella.

The ingredients we use for these 3 flavors are:
Homemade Tomato Sauce;
1 can of steamed green corn;
1 can of tuna in oil;
1 chopped onion;
Mozzarella;
Oregano.
I always have homemade tomato sauce frozen in jars. That day I thawed a pot of sauce. It has this beautiful color because I always put beets to cook together in the preparation, which, in addition to adding color to the sauce, also adds nutrients.
I mix a little of the sauce with the tuna to make it easier to spread on the pizza.

→ assembling the corn pizza
Before putting the topping, I like to pierce the dough with a fork so the sauce can penetrate the dough a little.
Spread a thin layer of sauce over the pasta.
Distribute the mozzarella cheese slices until all the pizza is covered.
Spread the corn well over the pizza.
Sprinkle oregano over the top (optional).
Pizza ready to bake:
→ Assembling the tuna pizzas
Let's pierce the dough with a fork so the sauce penetrates a little into the dough.
Spread a thin layer of sauce over the pasta.
Distribute the tuna, already mixed with a little sauce, over the dough.
Here we made half a tuna pizza with onion and half mozzarella.
So we distribute the onion to only half of the pizza.
We complete the other half of the pizza with mozzarella.
Sprinkle oregano over the top (optional).
Another pizza ready to go in the oven.
Now just bake until the cheese is melted and the underside of the dough is very crispy.
