Carrot Dumpling Recipe & Combinations

Today's recipe is very successful whenever I prepare it. It's the recipe for carrot dumpling, which is semi-integral and is very tasty. I like to put chocolate Drops in the dough, as the carrot and chocolate flavors form a perfect combination.

You can use 70% chocolate chips to make your muffin even healthier. If you want to use a chocolate that you already have at home, chop it and, before mixing it in the dough, pass it in the wheat flour. This will make the little pieces of it not all stay at the bottom of the shape.

Carrot Dumpling Recipe

Ingredients

1 carrot (medium to large)
1/2 cup white wheat flour
1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup demerara sugar
1/4 cup of oil
1/2 tablespoon of yeast
1 egg

Method of preparation

Beat the grated carrot, oil, egg and sugar in a blender. After that, mix with the flour and yeast. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes (take the toothpick test).
