Every printed or televised newspaper is full of news, which are part of our daily lives and are important for us to keep up to date!
But what is news? What does she need to have? How is it done?
You are curious to know: so, let's go!
News it is a feminine noun and has the meaning of information, knowledge, notification. In the context of the press, it means the summary of an event or a subject!
Therefore, a summary cannot contain many lines! The news must communicate the fact and not make arguments about it.
The news on TV or the news in the newspaper must answer some questions, such as: 1. what is the event; 2. Where did it take place: in which city, state, country?; 3. When did it happen: what day, month, year?; 4. Why it happened: what's behind it? and 5. What were the possible consequences?
The news is composed of two parts: the headline and the text.
Headline: summarizes the news in a few lines (2 to 3) and aims to attract the reader to read the text.
Text: the narrated facts of the event in question.
Thus, whoever writes news must be a good writer, because the words must have such combinations that they attract readers and viewers!
Do you know what a copywriter is? When a television newspaper ends, you can pay attention, the names of the editors are displayed!
In the spoken newspaper, the presence of editors, announcers and sound engineers is very important!
Editors are responsible for observing the facts of the day, selecting them and writing the news about them!
The announcers are the presenters of such news and the sound engineers are the ones who direct the musical background, such as the opening music of the newspaper.
