Malicious is whoever or what possess, act or think with malice.
Malicious is both an adjective and a masculine noun.
As an adjective, it is the quality of what you think or act as an act of malice, with malice. As for example: "when defending her, his attitude seemed to be of charity, while we all knew that those were malicious gestures".
The malicious noun means the individual who commits the evil act: "he was malicious and ended up betraying his best friend". But it also has the meaning of the one who was mischievous, naughty. As in the phrase: "they are malicious, they only helped me because they knew they would win cake after the task".
Commonly the term has its meaning aimed at sexual behavior. To be malicious, in this sense, is to think about sex from something apparently banal. To associate words or objects with the sexual act is to be malicious, as well as to judge people's behavior or speech, as if they intended to have an intimate relationship.
