Primacy is the same as excellence and preference, representing something or someone who occupies a level or category of superiority in relation to others.
Having primacy also means having the privilege of something, as well as having priority over other individuals, that is, who is first or ahead.
Example: "Young people had the primacy of dining with the king" or "Everyone must have a primacy for life and drive with care".
When it is said that something was done with excellence, it means that it was produced with care, dedication and excellence and, consequently, it has an excellent quality.

Primacy of Reality
It is one of the principles of Labor Law, which consists in the idea that the reality of facts matters more than what is written in any kind of formal contract.
This means that, legally, if there is a conflict between the truth of the facts and the content that is formally written, priority will be given to the fact that occurred.
