Meaning of Partner (What it is, Concept and Definition)

Partner is an english word and means "partner", "partner" or "companion", in the literal translation into Portuguese.

This term is often used to refer to an individual who is trusted by someone else, that is, someone who is always available to help when needed, who is a friend and helps when asked to such.

In the English language, partner it is also used to call a person's spouse, such as husband and wife, someone who is an accomplice, partner, and partner.

In the business context, the term partner is associated with the position assigned to the partner of a certain business, who works in the company as a financial associate. This type of relationship is known as a partnership (“partnership”, in the literal translation into Portuguese).

But, there is also the expression business partner, a position similar to that of an internal Human Resources consultant, responsible for acting as an "adviser" of the executive body of a given company in relation to the workforce in the context of the business of the company.

So, the business partner (“business partner”, in the literal translation) has the main function of helping the entrepreneur to develop the best business goals.
