Meaning of Thor (What it is, Concept and Definition)

Thor is a character within the scope of Norse mythology, also known as the God of thunder.

He is characterized by his strong stature, red beard and hair, and possessing a powerful hammer called Mjölnir, with which he faces his enemies and manages to shoot lightning. According to mythology, thunder happened when Thor was using the Mjölnir. Thor is also known as the Fertility God.

In the hierarchy of the gods, Thor is the second greatest warrior and guardian of the gods.
