Illicit drugs. What Are Illicit Drugs

Illicit drugs are substances prohibited from being produced, marketed and consumed. In some countries, certain drugs are allowed and their use is considered normal and part of the culture. Such substances can be stimulants, depressives or disturbing of the central nervous system, which noticeably alters the organism to a large extent.
Illicit drugs are: marijuana, cocaine, crack, ecstasy, LSD, inhalants, heroin, barbiturates, morphine, skank, mushroom tea, amphetamines, chloroform, opium and others. As they are prohibited, illicit drugs enter the country illegally through trafficking that promotes black commercialization, that is, commercialization carried out without authorization from the authorities. Among the consequences that illicit drugs bring, emphasis can be placed on the violence generated by them in all phases of production up to the final consumer. The other consequences are: cardiac arrhythmia, thrombosis, stroke, cerebral necrosis, renal and cardiac failure, depression, dysphoria, alterations in motor functions, memory loss, reproductive and respiratory system dysfunctions, cancer, pimples, seizures, dehydration, nausea and exhaustion.


It is important to clarify that drug addiction is treatable, that is, through medical and family help a person can leaving the addiction and returning to a normal life without the need to deposit substances that create false needs in the body..
