Of rare importance is the knowledge about the driving cause of the speed of the property environment in the company. There are 'n' causes that act daily in the assets of the social cell and one of them is the need for the consumer to purchase the goods. The more intense this need for purchase and its realization, the greater the speed of stock rotation of this product and, thus, puts pressure on the industry's production of this patrimonial environment. It increases purchases, increases the speed of product circulation and increases its production in the industry.
A bad weather (storm - natural environmental phenomenon) in the region created a need in the client for (tiles, brasilit, wedges, zinc etc.) and, with that, increased the purchase and stock rotation of these products, even running out of merchandise in the region due to the timely increase in demand for the products referred to. The stocks of these heritage assets were sold in an unprecedented way and the product ran out in some cities in the region due to the increase in demand for the aforementioned products. There was also an increase in equity prices. ¨The sale of materials such as tiles had an increase of up to 500% in some of the stores surveyed by Cooperjornal. A store reported that in times of normal movement, the sale was around two thousand tiles per month. In this same store, from Thursday until the afternoon of 6th. The fair had sold around 10,000 tiles, due to a natural environmental phenomenon¨. (See Cooperjornal, Três de Maio, Special Report, p. 6, 10.11.07). Once again, it is possible to observe the exogenous environmental influence on heritage mutation, a matter that I dealt with in my book Heritage and Environmental Influences, Reas, Três de Maio, 2003.
I could cite numerous environmental phenomena that affect heritage and transform it daily. For example: Increased heat causes greater consumption of soda, water, beer, ice cream, popsicles, etc. The increase in cold increases the consumption of wine, brandy, graspa, etc. Thus, increasing the rotation of the stock of these assets. The lack of electricity (light) causes the search for a candle, lantern, battery, etc. The greater the consumption of the product, the greater the speed of rotation of the stock of this merchandise. The same happens in Physics, the greater the acceleration of an engine of a moving car, the greater the speed of the car.
There is a constant transformation of the social cell's patrimony due to 'n' environmental influences (motor cause) whether they are endogenous or exogenous. The natural environmental phenomenon is exogenous because it is external to the social cell and difficult to control by the company administrator. The external force that acts on the company's capital and creates a patrimonial phenomenon must be observed and analyzed with a view to efficiency, and thus, patrimonial prosperity.
