Considering that each textual genre it consists of a distinct communicative purpose, there are those who conceive themselves as essentially argumentative, whose intent is to convince the interlocutor of the positions established through the discourse. There are still those who, through this persuasive aspect, reveal themselves by the capacity (and, why not say, the opportunity) of a group of people expressing their full exercise of citizenship, revealing their opinions on a particular subject whose interest is collective. Thus, this space is allocated through some modalities, such as the undersigned, the open letter, the reader's letter and, par excellence, the manifest.
Through it, a certain person or a group of them is firmly positioned in the face of a problem of different natures, whether they are social, political, cultural or religious. This genus acts as a kind of denunciation about a fact that is not yet fully known. the population, or it can act as an alert about the possibility of a problem coming to to occur. This modality, remotely worshiped, fulfills the function for which it was intended, as we only need to remember the Manifesto Futurist, as well as the Communist Manifesto, to consider the effective recurrence, which extends to the days current.
With regard to the structure, it can be said that the manifest it is not such a rigid aspect when compared to other genres, even because, with technological innovation, many of its elements had to adapt to the needs of the moment, such as the document expressed by electronics.
But going back to the form in which it is constituted, it usually looks like this:
* Title – which usually summarizes the subject, the thought addressed;
* Body of the text – clarifies the authors' positions, which are based on arguments that really justify them;

* Location, date and signature of protesters.
Returning to the issue expressed by the dynamism of certain genres, the manifesto did not fall short of this reality. proof of this is the Manifesto 2000, which could be signed collectively. By decision of UNESCO, each subscriber decided to declare in first person their commitment to a fairer and more egalitarian society, in which the instinct of peace, solidarity, tolerance and justice. So, in order to illustrate this question, how about a closer look?

Recognizing my share of responsibility for the future of humanity, especially with the children of today and those of generations future, I commit myself in my daily life, in my family, in my work, in my community, in my country and in my region. - a:
Respect each person's life and dignity, without discrimination or prejudice;
Practice active non-violence, rejecting violence in all its forms: physical, sexual, psychological, economic and social, in particular against the most deprived and vulnerable groups such as children and teenagers;
Sharing my time and material resources in a spirit of generosity towards the end of exclusion, injustice and political and economic oppression; Defending freedom of expression and cultural diversity, always giving preference to dialogue and listening to fanaticism, defamation and rejection of the other;
Promote responsible consumption behavior and development practices that respect all forms of life and preserve the balance of nature on the planet;
Contribute to the development of my community, with the broad participation of women and respect for democratic principles, in order to build new forms of solidarity.
