Have you ever had doubts whether or not to put the crasis in demonstrative pronouns? The problem is that this crasis is not the pronoun, but the representation of the junction of the preposition that precedes it and its initial “a”!
Thus, there will be the grave accent when what was said above requires the preposition “a”. Look:
I mean someone.
I mean that woman.
I mean that woman.
Now look: I mean that woman who has come in now or I mean the one who has come in now.
It will be even clearer if you replace the pronoun with one that doesn't start with “a”:
I don't mean that one that happened yesterday. I mean To this what happened now.
Don't be afraid to put the backquote before “that”, as it is a masculine term, because what is taken into account is the “a” at the beginning.
