With the arrival of the school vacation period, children complain that they are alone at home, away from their friends, because their parents have to work and it is not possible to travel for the two months without school.
Under these conditions, parents must organize activities so that the vacation becomes enjoyable for their children, even if they haven't traveled.
For this, it is good to maintain social contacts with family members such as grandparents, cousins and uncles, so that the children can visit them in a few days. At the grandparents' house, for example, they can arrange to meet cousins of the same age group, spending the whole day there. To visit the cousins it is necessary to leave a person to take care of the children, as well as tours with them, such as: going to an amusement park, cinema, clubs, zoos, among others.
Keeping in touch with schoolmates is also an enjoyable way to entertain children on vacation. These can be really distracted by spending a day at each other's houses and vice versa. Combining tours will also be an attractive way to keep them together during class time, as friendships become more solidified.
Free from chores, children run to the amusements
Inviting friends, always rotating them, can keep your kids busy for the entire vacation period. Who knows how to propose that they stay to sleep for a night of pajamas? This one can hold a pajama parade, a joke contest and the “what is, what is” game, as well as popping a bowl of popcorn to watch a good movie.

It's good to remember that on weekends the trips and entertainment must be left to the parents, so that the little ones don't feel abandoned and alone. Schedule activities that the family can interact together, such as: picnic, trips to the amusement park, zoo, ecological trails and hikes, beaches, clubs, where they can play ball, paddleball and drink that Ice cream.
On rainy days, movies and video games can also be enjoyed, so that children don't run out of things to do.
Shopping malls are a good way to have fun, as there you can have a good snack, go to the movies, play arcade games and do some shopping. Some bookstores schedule storytelling moments, with puppets, attractive books and even featured characters. It is a fun and content-rich activity, as it encourages children to be interested in reading and feel attracted to books.
Local newspapers also offer activities such as summer camp, free concerts, Christmas cantatas, which are also considered great activities for the holidays.
What is really important is for the family to organize itself so that everything runs smoothly, to take care of the children who deserve a quality rest.
