To succeed in ENEM writing it is necessary to keep in mind what the panel expects from the candidate. When analyzing the tests of this competition, it is clear that what will be evaluated is the ability to select, relate, organize and interpret the questions and the drafting proposal. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate domainof languages, ability to solve problems, to understand phenomena and toprepare intervention proposals for the problem addressed.. The writing test synthesizes all these cognitive axes, however, we will focus on the last item: elaboration of intervention proposals.
When we think of the proposal elaboration, we need to understand that only an agent and critic can fulfill this task, a competent reader, who knows what he does and why he does it.
Learning does not only happen at school, but it is a set of factors that together make an individual is complete, such as family, environment, friends, media, travel etc. So, at the time of writing, all this knowledge must be applied.
Every argumentative text has a thesis (idea to be defended), and the intervention proposal must be coherent with it. So, if throughout the text, someone argues that technology is not good for learning, then can reach the end and propose as an intervention to improve education the computerization of schools. Therefore, it is necessary to “tie up” the ideas well, go back to the thesis and reread the text so that there is no inconsistency.

It's important too propose solutions that are possible to be executed and beyond that, it is essential that the steps for its implementation are presented. Therefore, it is not enough simply to propose respect for nature, but it is necessary to indicate how to do it, for example, to propose the creation of awareness campaigns in schools, in parks; incentive to public transport (to reduce pollution), creation of cycle paths, etc.
Another important factor is to keep in mind that human rights need to bealways respected, therefore, preserve freedom and respect cultural diversity, remember that the fact of being different does not indicate that it is better or worse, therefore, it is necessary to respect. demonstrate citizenship and solidarity in your positions, don't forget that while citizens have rights, they also have duties, so analyze and position yourself considering this.
Lastly, when preparing intervention proposals, try to make it clear andinnovative, with arguments that relate to the thesis and proposals that are coherent with both. Remember that, to achieve the maximum score, everything needs to be related: thesis, arguments and intervention proposals.
