The idea of ending the belly is very attractive to women, and for that they go to great lengths. Some say that black rice can solve the problem of abdominal fat, but does just a change in the color of this cereal make it less caloric?
Look for the answer by comparing the composition of black and wholegrain rice (until then considered the healthiest).
*The analysis was performed for a proportion of 100 grams of each type of rice.
Calorie analysis, carried out for both types of rice, confirms the assumption: black rice is indeed less caloric. Compare values:
Black rice: 346 lime
Brown rice: 360 cal
The 14 calories can make a difference over the days, considering that rice is a daily food. This difference can be noticed in the decreasing numbers of your dummy.
For those who suffer from constipation we have a great tip: black rice contains more fiber than whole grain. A stopped bowel causes discomfort and irritability and, incidentally, this is one of the factors that contributes to the increase in volume in the abdominal region.
Black rice: 8.4 g fiber
Brown rice: 4.8 g of fibers
The almost 50% more fiber in black rice will facilitate intestinal transit. And that's not all, foods rich in fiber are more concentrated, that is, small portions of black rice are enough to quench your hunger and give you a feeling of satiety.
When it comes to magnesium (Mg), the mineral responsible for fixing calcium in bones, there is no doubt that black rice is the best option.
Black rice: 190 mg Mg
Brown rice: 110 mg Mg
The advantage of brown rice is in energy replacement, thanks to the amount of carbohydrates (77.5 g) which is greater compared to black rice (72 g). A good tip for those who play sports daily.
