Nowadays, all large urban centers have a fractional spatial arrangement, this means that there are several parts that make up the whole, however, each fraction with its particularity in several aspects.
In cities there are areas with a specialized focus, they are distributed in commercial, financial, industrial and residential districts, neighborhoods with a large number of houses, as well as neighborhoods that house a large number of entertainment establishments, such as nightclubs, bars and restaurants.
In the structure of a large city, there are several poles, which means that each region has a downtown and a more prominent street, in which many activities are developed, such as services and business.
The division of the urban structure together with the increase in population and the city itself promotes a precariousness in relation to the entire urban fabric, as the inhabitants do not they present themselves in the city entirely, but in parts that relate to people's daily lives, that is, place of residence, work, school, among other places of conviviality.
The city is also divided by financial or income factors, inequalities are materialized in the context of the urban arrangement. These characteristics are simply caused by the fact that social inequalities are present in most capitalist countries, as the greater the socioeconomic disparities between social classes, the greater the differences in housing, public services and the quality of life.
The low-income population effectively depends on the quality of public services to achieve better quality of life, both in the area of education, health, public transport, in addition to others. To be successful, these services must be performed properly.
That is why there must be an organization in order to demand community needs, or this panorama will hardly be changed.
